About Us
Meet our new partnership facilitator and coordinator.
Caroline Clarke
Caroline comes with significant experience and expertise in community development from her previous role as Community Engagement Social Action lead at the Diocese of Rochester, and has also led community information campaigns including Domestic Abuse, Modern Slavery and Loan Sharks.
Born in Kent, she has 2 children and a wider step-family, with lived experience as a carer, single parent and clergy-widow. She’s also a Licensed Lay Worker and has a variety of interests – including Star Trek!
Caroline was co-founder, volunteer and Chair of Medway Night Shelter and is a mental health first aider.
She says of her appointment “It’s a huge privilege to be joining CCP at this critical time. I feel a strong sense of calling to enable people, church leaders and congregations, and organisations to work together to support their communities. CCP is about helping communities to thrive – together we can make a difference… and we will.
Partnerships
We invite those working with us to join our Partnership Team. The Partnership Team team meet in working groups to connect their skills and expertise, brainstorm, listen, and discuss themes of mutual concern so we are able to support our communities and each other better.
You can explore the Organisations, Charities and Churches in our partnership by clicking on the logos running along the bottom of this page.
